Bill Focht

Bill comes from a construction family. His father was the President of Focht Brothers construction company for 42 years. Bill worked for his father for 10 years where he learned the construction trade. In 1985, Bill moved to Charlotte and worked for McDevitt & Street Construction for 8 years. In 1993 he obtained his NC State Builder’s License and formed his own company, Focht Pro Builders. His construction portfolio includes new home construction, a 120 unit apartment conversion to condominiums, commercial office upfits, large home remodels, etc.

Jason Focht

Bill’s son Jason has been with Focht Pro Builders for the past 10 years. Jason is a graduate of University of North Carolina Wilmington with a business management degree. After finishing college, Jason passed the state licensing exam and has been operating as a North Carolina licensed builder. Jason has worked along with his father and has hands on experience running several projects including whole home remodels, mother-in-law accessory dwellings, bathroom remodels, screen porch, decks, etc. Jason is a Senior Project Manager for the company.

Office Administrator

Nick Focht

Bill’s son Nick has worked for Focht Pro Builders for 15 years. Over time, Nick has used his construction experience to remodel homes for reselling by scheduling sub-contractors, ordering materials, and managing the overall process.
